Still incredibly rare, organic cotton is naturally grown without pesticides, herbicides or insecticides. It uses less water, is safer to farm and helps local farmers by providing them with a fair wage and better living conditions.
A staple at Cariki, all our organic cotton is GOTS certified.
You wouldn't believe it, but this material was once wood.
Highly energy efficient, biodegradable and uses minimal resources, this is a deserved award winning material.
Our upcycled range reintroduces materials otherwise destined for landfill.
Perhaps the most sustainable of all, this prevents the need for virgin material and reduces energy and resource consumption.
Bamboo is grown without chemicals and uses less water than other natural fibres. It is a grass so can be harvested without killing the plant or damaging the soil quality, and produces higher output per area yield that cotton whilst also acting as a carbon sink.
Bamboo is the softest material in our range and a firm favourite from those who have worn it before.
